Personal Trainer
I’ve been around fitness my whole life, growing up playing basketball and training alongside athletes. After experiencing injuries, I pursued Sports Medicine through NASM to become a certified Personal Trainer. I’ve worked with athletes to "bulletproof" their knees, strengthening tendons and ligaments to prevent injury. I'm passionate about helping others and motivating them to reach their goals. My strengths include teaching correct form and posture in strength training, conditioning, breath work, HIIT, and functional fitness. Let’s move!
