Sound Bowl Meditation this fall at Wilder Mansion

Relax and de-stress as you are bathed by candlelight and sound at the historic Wilder Mansion. Experience the mental and physical health benefits of live sound meditation as you are guided on a journey in sound and deep listening by Certified Sound Bath and Meditation facilitator Dana Kraszczynski.

A Sound Bath, or Sound Meditation, is a deep immersion in sound that is felt in your whole being. Find a comfortable seat or lie down and allow the soothing vibrations of singing bowls, flutes, and chimes to wash over your whole body, creating a gentle yet deeply transformative effect on your body and mind.

The intention of this practice is to guide you into a state of deep relaxation. No special skills, abilities, or beliefs are required to receive the benefits.

Please bring something comfortable to sit or lay down on such as a yoga mat, blankets, and/or pillows.
